Questionnaire - Audience Research

I created a questionnaire to gain audience research to help me make decisions on ways to design my magazine. I chose questions which were specific and would give me helpful hinters at what people like about music magazines and what makes them appealing. I decided to make my questionnaire visually appealing but not to cluttered featuring pictures of different magazines and logos.
